Absolutely loved making my bird, both Karen and Hannah are superb teachers. The atmosphere was very warm, relaxed and friendly with the added bonus of delicious homemade cake. I came away with gorgeous bird and lots of new felting knowledge. I would highly recommend, a great way to learn new techniques and creatively de-stress.

What a fantastic course. Thanks to the ever patient Hannah I am now able to set up my machine and have a base set of skills to take me forward. We were all sad it had finished it could definitely be extended to a longer course, it’s been the highlight of my week. We had such a lovely group of people, and the delicious cake just topped it off. I’d definitely recommend signing up for this.

A great course, Emma was very friendly and knowledgeable and I learnt so much, not only about cloning a pattern but also lots of other sewing tips and tricks.

What a wonderful experience! I learned so many tips that will help me use more sewing machine more effectively. Individualised support, great humour plus group of people and Hannah was the perfect host - already booked on other courses !

I really enjoyed making my dress and learning new techniques (doing a small bust adjustment, using sightly elasticated thread and getting elastic in properly.) It fits really well (no danger of anything showing!) and is really comfy. I've already worn it several times. I went with one of the fabric bundles which made it a lot easier as I didn't have to worry about not having enough, and I had enough to redo part of it when I went wrong. I'd highly recommend the course.

This was a brilliant class! I’ve had my overlocker for years and didn’t realise that you could sew stretch fabrics on it. Lindsay was very patient with us and it was fun 😁

Great little session for someone like me who has only ever just about muddled through small projects using their sewing machine without really having a proper understanding of it's full capabilities. Will definitely feel much more confident moving forward, so thank you Hannah x
